Tiffany Welch

A graduate of Auburn University, Tiffany is no stranger to entrepreneurship as she helps her husband, Jamie, manage their multimillion-dollar logistics business.  Aside from her business acumen, community has always been important to her, as she serves the community in multiple capacities as a lifetime member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. With a background in risk management, quality and compliance, Tiffany has ensured to build a team that will not only lead the day-to-day operations of the brand, but will assist as the SIP brand looks to expand in the future.

 

Adam Beckel

Executive Chef

Born and raised in New York, Chef Adam Beckel is a versatile chef with over 30 years of professional kitchen experience. Adam began his career at the age of 14 and has an inherent passion for culinary arts. Constantly inspired, Adam has developed a dynamic skill set geared towards bringing new life to old standards.

Educated at New England Culinary Institute, Adam has worked in high-volume kitchens in Las Vegas, Memphis, New Orleans, and New York. Throughout his career, Adam has worked with world-famous chefs and cooked for countless celebrities during his tenure.

With family roots in Mississippi, Adam has paired his knowledge of southern cuisine with an understanding of global trends to curate thoughtful dishes.
